Google Docs, an Online Alternative to Microsoft Office
Google Docs

Google has a service that has been in the works for quite a while called Google Docs. It is an online office suite that allows you to edit and create documents on the web in all the major office formats. The best part is that it stores your documents online. So you can logon to the site from any computer and work on your documents. All you need is a Google account, if you already have a Gmail account you can use that. Just point you browsers over to http://docs.gmail.com and enjoy.

Microsoft has just released a nre product dubbed 'Windows Home Server. It is described as a simpler, smarter way for families to organize, share and protect photos, videos, music and much more. Windows Home Server brings it all together in a central hub, connecting your home PCs and making it easy to keep and enjoy your family's most important memories. Grandma will love it too. Levels of spam seem to be at an all-time high.
